We currently accept direct bank transfer payments. Please use your Order ID or name and surname as the payment reference and WhatsApp your proof of payment to 079 515 5390.

Yes. All cakes, sourdough breads, cookie jars, and tasting boxes are freshly prepared to order.

Please contact us before ordering if you have any allergy concerns. While we take care during preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Cakella is a home-based bakery located in Kuils River, Cape Town.

Yes. We deliver within selected Cape Town areas from Tuesday to Friday. A flat-rate delivery fee of R200 applies.

Yes. Collection is available at Cape Town, Kuilsriver, 8 Liedla Street. Collection is available from Tuesday to Friday.

Simply place your order through our website and use the calendar at checkout to select your preferred collection or delivery date and time slot. For custom cakes, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your ideas, preferred flavour, size, occasion, and inspiration images. We’ll send you a personalised quote.

We require a minimum of 3 days’ notice for all orders to allow sufficient preparation time.

No. Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Friday only.

No. Collection is available during the same days and time slots as our delivery schedule.

Yes. A collection or delivery date and time slot must be selected during checkout. Available options will be displayed automatically.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Unfortunately, cancellations are not permitted after this period as preparation and scheduling may already have commenced.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a genuine issue with the quality of your order. Supporting photographs and details may be required.

No. Orders cancelled more than 2 hours after being placed are not eligible for a refund.

No. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
