Our Story
Cakella began with a love for baking and creating beautiful cakes for family and friends. As the owner and founder, I’ve always enjoyed spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with flavours, and bringing people together through food.
After becoming a mother, what started as a hobby gradually grew into something more. Inspired by a desire to create meaningful moments while building something of my own, Cakella was born.
Today, we proudly operate as a home-based bakery in Kuils River, Cape Town, creating made-to-order cakes and baked goods for customers across the city.
