Signature Cream Cheese Filling

At the heart of our Carrot Cake is a dreamy white chocolate cream cheese filling. Unlike many cream cheese fillings that rely on powdered sugar for sweetness, ours is sweetened with premium white chocolate. The white chocolate not only adds flavour but also helps emulsify the cream cheese and butter into a smooth, luxurious, and creamy texture.

This same cream cheese filling is used both between the layers and around the outside of the Carrot Cake, creating its signature naked cake finish.

Candied Carrots & Toasted Walnuts
